Minnetonka Rugby Club
High School and Middle School Rugby are spring sports. All interested are encouraged to give Rugby a try, even if you have not played organized sports before. The high school teams start practices in the dome and gyms in February. Middle school typically starts practicing in early April. There is also a summer 7's league for players interested in learning this version of the game.
Varsity - Players selected to the Varsity squad compete in the Varsity high school league, and the end of the season State Championship.
Junior Varsity - Players selected to the JV squad compete in the JV/development high school league, and the end of the season Championship.
Middle School - Students at West and East are encouraged to join and participate. Entry level instruction and games, including touch and flag versions, are used to gain player familiarity and understanding before playing matches.
